Rahul Batra

Rahul Batra

Rahul is the Managing Partner at Hudson McKenzie, a global immigration law firm headquartered in London with further offices in Dubai and Riyadh.

His practice focuses on all aspects of UK immigration law. Rahul comes highly recommended by sources and has complementary experience advising on corporate/commercial issues. To cite one client: “He gets the relevant points very quickly and takes time to understand our business”.

Karen Cygal has been in the consulting and data business for 20+ years with a focus on global workforce mobility and management. She founded Global IQ, a data-as-a-service company that provides data to support corporate HR professionals and HR service providers, but also works with organizations that need access to data to augment tools and aid in business and employee decision making.  She is changing the way workforce compensation and data are brought to life as well as breaking down barriers to accessing data and analytics to make more data-driven business decisions.

She has spent much of her twenty-year career helping HR professionals develop best-in-class mobility programs, while building data and services that meet the needs of the changing global market. Her experience spans both boutique and large consulting firms, as well as not-for-profit associations, which offers a unique insight into the industry she serves.

Melissa Myer

Melissa Myers

In her role as Director, Global Mobility, Total Rewards at Mastercard, Melissa is involved in the strategic development of the Global Mobility function through policy design/implementation (lump sum and core/flex), technology and process improvements, as well as monitoring trends and best practices.  She also functions as a vendor manager to the relocation management company (RMC), where she partners successful phased transition of repeatable and transactional Global Mobility tasks to a shared services center and continues to provide operational oversight to this team on policy governance and relocation exceptions.

Prior to joining Mastercard in March 2014, Melissa was an Assistant Director, International Programs at Ernst & Young where she directed a team that provided mobility support for long-term and short-term structured international mobility programs for career development and busy season resources. Melissa also held leadership roles at Goldman Sachs as a Global Mobility Senior Assignment Manager and HR Business Partner during her 12-year tenure.

Melissa holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management with a concentration in Career Development from

The New School, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Boston University.

Irina Yakimenko, GMS, MIM is Managing Partner at Intermark. She co-leads Intermark Relocation with her business partner, Marina Semenova.

Intermark Relocation is a multiple award winning, and women led relocation consultancy, providing a full range of Immigration, Relocation, Moving, Legal & Outbound services to major international companies and individuals to and from locations across Eastern Europe and worldwide. With headquarters in the U.K. and 30 years of experience in relocating families, Intermark has developed sophisticated innovations and solutions and comprehensive services that allow foreign employees to adapt to a new country and culture, a new reality, and a new life smoothly and easily on assignment.

Irina has been a proud TIRA member for 4 years, and previously served as a TIRA Board member for 2 years. She is also an Executive Board Member at EuRA.

Irina is an experienced Executive with a demonstrated history of working in international affairs and managing international businesses to locations across Eastern Europe, Central Asia and worldwide. She has come into the Mobility industry after years working for NGOs. She is skilled in Cross-Cultural Communications, People & Talent Management, Immigration Law, Global Mobility, and HR Consulting. Irina is a well-versed operations and client services professional holding an MA degree in Linguistics and Cross-Cultural Communications, an M.A. degree in Management and Strategic Planning from Moscow University for Economics and Statistics, Business Coaching from Erikson Coaching International.

 

Susan R. Ginsberg

Susan R. Ginsberg founded SRG ADVISORY as Managing Principal. She integrates companies’ vision and purpose, advising organizations to innovate in a changed world. Helping businesses and individuals create strategies through proven methodologies to achieve business growth and enhance their brand. Drawing from more than 30 years of experience leading a diverse portfolio of organizations, industries, and geographies in global mobility and retail. She has previously led teams at School Choice International, REA, Saks Fifth Avenue, Bloomingdale’s, saks.com, and Lancôme. Susan has developed e-learning courses on strategic business development and collaboration for Worldwide ERC ® and the European Relocation Association (EuRA). Susan briefly lived in France and graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in Political Science and French. Additionally, she mentors women and minority-owned enterprises with the Young Leaders of the Americas Initiative (YLAI) and The Acceleration Project (TAP). Susan is a recent recipient of the Worldwide ERC© award for Distinguished Services.
