Susan Ginsberg, TIRA Partner & Founder of SRG Advisory
TIRA members worldwide attended the Worldwide ERC Global Workforce Symposium at National Harbor in Maryland, reconnecting with colleagues and friends from around the globe. The annual symposium is one of the most important events in the global mobility calendar, and TIRA's participation reflects our commitment to staying connected with the broader industry community.
A highlight of TIRA's participation was the annual TIRA breakfast, which was a great success. The breakfast brought together TIRA members, RMC partners, and service providers for an intimate morning of conversation, connection, and celebration of the global mobility community.
The energy in the room was palpable — a testament to the strength of the relationships that TIRA has built over more than four decades. Old friendships were renewed, new connections were made, and the spirit of collaboration that defines TIRA was very much in evidence.
Members returned from the symposium with fresh insights, new ideas, and renewed enthusiasm for the work ahead. The conversations at WERC reinforced the importance of human connection in an increasingly digital world — and reminded us all why the relationships we build in this industry are so valuable.
